Relaxation Music

Modern day society is full of stresses, worries, tension and hurrying from here to there. Oftentimes it is difficult to unwind, relax, let go and sleep well. Relaxing music can help us do all of those things. Whether it be in a therapist's office or the comfort of our own homes, relaxation music opens us up and helps us let go, the first step in becoming whole, rested and well.

Daniel Kobialka's soothing violin instrumentals take us to a place of safety, familiarity, and calm where we can unwind and become uplifted and renewed. We find the silence of the inner world by listening to peaceful sounds of the outer world. Whether it be familiar melodies, simple themes, or the interweavings of instruments and sounds from many different cultures, Daniel's music removes us from the daily noise and business and allows us to release our anxieties and concerns and live calmer lives.

No matter what kind of music you find relaxing, whether it is Asian-inspired, American folk melodies, Celtic flights of fantasy, music by classical composers, or world music, you will find music here to fit your mood and fancy.

"I am hoping to open my own center for teaching various relaxation response techniques to the general public, and I want to use your music as background for some of my exercises that I will be demonstrating. You can be sure that I will highly recommend your music to my clients." Deb Somfay

"I am a Certified Nurse Midwife and I did my master's project on "Using relaxation music in various clinical settings". I have used your album "When You Wish Upon A Star" for lots of births. It is my absolute favorite music for relaxation for labor / delivery." Janine Glass
